However, if you enjoy what you do, it is not work but a beloved career. I start slow getting to know my clients and making them feel comfortable before we move on to problem solving. I appreciate that people need to be heard and listening can be the best therapy. Different therapies work with different people. I employ basics of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Reality Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Skills. I do encourage using mindfulness techniques and journaling.

Holly Fedele is a Licensed Certified Social Worker in the state of Mississippi. She earned her Bachelor of Psychology in 2008 and Master of Social Work in 2017, both from the University of Southern Mississippi. She has experience in inpatient and outpatient treatment, as well as therapy in a correctional setting. She has experience with adults experiencing life changes, anxiety, grief, depression, and other mood disorders. She also has experience with couples seeking to create a healthier relationship. She is ethically non-monogamous and LGBTQIA affirming.

When they do, they gain agency and the capacity to heal.

I also received my Master of Science in Marriage and Family Counseling from Mississippi College. Currently trained in EMDR and TF-CBT which is the golden standard for trauma therapy.
