Dr. Hampton has over 30 years of experience in mental health care, Dr. Hampton is a National Board Certified Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor, Approved Clinical Supervisor, and Board Qualified Supervisor who has worked with diverse populations including children, adolescents, and adults. Predominantly through the use of Person Centered and Cognitive Behavioral treatment techniques, Dr. Hampton has experience with Mood Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Impulse Control Disorders, Substance Related Addictive Disorders, Psychotic Disorders, and other adjustment and stress related difficulties.

I have over 30 years of experience in therapy. I'm credentialed in Mississippi & Tennessee; seeing individual adults in-person or virtually. Counseling is provided for depression, anxiety, & other life stressors. Many people have personal struggles with: grief, relationship problems, difficulty with communication, divorce, childhood & adult traumas, social issues, health issues, and job/school performance. Ms. Harper is a seasoned mental health professional with over 20 years of experience. She has worked in multiple specialty treatment settings including outpatient therapy, addiction treatment, and psychiatric and hospital-based settings. She has worked with various populations including adults, young adults, geriatrics, those with developmental disabilities, juvenile justice groups, and veteran populations. She treats various diagnoses including trauma, victims of violence and abuse, depression, anxiety, bipolar spectrum disorders, individuals in recovery, and clients facing change of life issues.

I have worked in the field of Counseling for 30 years, almost 20 of those with my LPC. I am a Christian and believe that helps me reach out to everyone I have worked with including troubled teenagers, Federal Bureau of Prison inmates, Buddhist and Muslims. I am certified in Reality Therapy and practice Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in general. I do believe that being Spiritual helps us all to deal with the problems and triumphs of our lives as we see the significance of the small and the great in every minute.

Together we can work through these struggles with individual child sessions with prescriptive interventions & coping skills, family therapy, and/or Play Therapy, as well as parent-only sessions to make sure we are moving forward together!
