Nicole has been a therapist in the Omaha community for over 17 years. She has worked in a variety of settings including home-based services, intensive outpatient for eating disorders, school-based counseling services, and private group practice. Nicole specializes in treating depression, anxiety, perinatal mental health, eating disorders, grief, trauma, life transitions, LGBTQ+ teens and adults, and women’s issues. She enjoys working with adolescents and adults.

Heather Binns, LIMHP is licensed in the state of Nebraska as a Certified Professional Counselor (426) and a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (887). She holds a Bachelor's Degree with high honors in Psychology from the University of Saskatchewan, Canada and a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Chadron State College in Nebraska. She is also a certified life/care coach. Heather has been a therapist for over 30 years and has provided individual and group therapy in a number of settings including agency based, private practice, and hospital based IOPs. She is a life/care coach to companies such as Amazon.

I am happy to work with you individually, but also work with a team of allied health professionals to help with complex neurological, limb loss, and orthopedic injuries with a full suite of outpatient telerehabilitation services.

I am grateful for more than 20 years of experience in walking beside clients as they grow and heal from a variety of life situations. Together in a strength-based/wellness approach, we create a balanced treatment plan focusing on mind, body, and spirit. In addition to traditional individual and family sessions, I offer supportive holistic therapies including meditation and nutritional consideration.
