For 25 years I've worked with individuals, couples and families. All of us, have delt with anxiety, depression, or relationships. My practice is predominantly filled with men. I have been working as a therapist for over 24 years and have gained much from my clients’ and my own personal experiences. Through the years, I have learned that there is not a one-size-fits-all modality for therapy. I will work with you using a variety of techniques including mindfulness, CBT, Client-Centered, Solution-Focused, and Cognitive Challenging- to name a few.

I work with clients of all ages and backgrounds. I enjoy helping individuals with issues such as ADHD, ADD, anxiety, depression, and anger. I also have experience with children and teens with ADHD, ADD, ODD, low self esteem and much more. I am neurofeedback trained and EMDR trained, which gives me the ability to treat trauma along with behavioral issues. By treating the two together we are able to fix the core issues along with the behavioral issues. I love clients with eclectic issues, goals, and needs and collaborating with them to achieve these goals and enhance their lives.
