We’re improving water quality and protecting our waterways with updated Guidelines for Erosion and Sediment Control on Building Sites 💧 The guidelines will help small-scale builders, certifiers, stormwater specialists and anyone working on construction sites that are less than 2,500m² to effectively prevent erosion and sediment pollution 🏘️ This work supports the NSW Marine Estate Management Strategy 2018-2028 ✅ View the updated guidelines at https://ow.ly/evHA50TW0Hz 👈

Our state-wide property audit continues to identify surplus government land to build more homes 🏘️ A further 11 sites across Greater Sydney and 3 in regional NSW have been identified for future social, affordable and private housing development ✅ This includes 2 sites at Box Hill and Riverstone, 3 sites at Rouse Hill, and sites at Edmondson Park, Stanmore, Earlwood, North Sydney, Chippendale and Fairfield. The 3 regional sites are located at Broadmeadow, Morriset and Orange.
