A day of smooth sailing at a recent dragon boat race in Hong Kong for our WSP in Asia team. For the 12th consecutive year, we partnered with rowers with intellectual disabilities from the Neighborhood Advice-Action Council (NAAC). This event was a fantastic way to connect with the community and build camaraderie while dragon boating—an ancient sport with modern excitement! A big thank you to NAAC and the Sai Kung District Office. #WeAreWSP #LifeAtWSP

A big thank you to the hau kāinga (local representatives) for recently welcoming our WSP in New Zealand team to Te Papa-o-Rotu Marae - a sacred place where Maori culture and traditions are expressed. Here we were able to team build within a cultural setting recognizing protocols and customs and benefitting from the connections made with mana whenua (local Māori). We had a great time participating in cultural practices such as waka (canoe) sailing and Māori/ Polynesian celestial navigation. #WeAreWSP #LifeAtWSP

What if you could keep people safe while working under the northern lights? A typical day for Colin Hendry, Safety Advisor for the Arctic division of WSP in Canada, might include ensuring safe passage during snowstorms on the tundra and making sure ice roads can handle 20,000kg vehicles. Colin's crucial role supports our remediation teams as they set up camps and build access routes, including ice roads. "I take immense pride in making sure our team returns safely from the world's most unforgiving environments and knowing that I have a plan for any situation that may occur. Their safety is my top priority." Ready to explore a career in safety? Join us and do work that truly makes a difference: https://lnkd.in/dDmH4MYK #WithWSPYouCan #WeAreWSP #LifeAtWSP

What if you could build human-centered designs that bring real value to communities? Our team at WSP in the U.S. did just that with The Highline-Moynihan Connector project, a landmark that helps shape the fabric of the city by enhancing pedestrian safety and connecting vital areas of New York City. For Ruju Mehta, the design engineer for the project, walking every day on the bridge she helped design and construct is an amazing experience. Get a behind-the-scenes look at the people and journey that brought the High Line-Moynihan Connector to life!    Featured: Ruju M. and Kyle Henshaw, P.E., MBA #WeAreWSP
