A huge congratulations to our very own Sandra Keenan, who was recognised with not one but two prestigious awards at the School of Surveying and Construction Innovation Awards Night at Technological University Dublin. Following her winning of the Ivan Webb Scholarship Foundation Award in November 2024, Sandra also received The Mercury Engineering Award - for Best Overall Student Performance in the Dissertation module on the part-time BSc Quantity Surveying & Construction Economics programme. It's testament to both Sandra's work ethic and her sense of commitment - she is a shining example of the power and potential of the 'Earn and Learn' programme at John Paul Construction. Well done Sandra (again)! #JohnPaulConstruction #GoFurtherBuildSmarter #SSCIAwards #TUDublin #ConstructionExcellence

We are now just over 12 months on the ground at the new Dexcom Health Tech Facility in Galway and great progress has been made. Once complete, it will feature advanced production spaces, cleanrooms, labs, M&E plantrooms, warehousing, and a four-storey office building. Fitout of the technical and production spaces are well underway, and the RC frame of the office building is complete with works now progressing on glazing of the facades and steel to the atrium roof. #JohnPaulConstruction #GoFurtherBuildSmarter #ConstructionUpdate

We’re now 26 months into our Harcourt Square project for Hibernia Real Estate Group Ltd, and great progress continues on-site. The unitised façade for Block A is nearing completion, while installation of the first unitised panels for Block B is now underway. This month will also see the removal of the first of our five tower cranes, with the second set to follow shortly after. Internally, fitout works in Block A are advancing across multiple floors, and Block B has now entered its fitout phase. Meanwhile, the first batch of primary mechanical plant has been successfully lifted onto the roof of Block A using our tower cranes, with further deliveries scheduled next month. A fantastic effort from our team and partners in driving this project forward! #HarcourtSquare #JohnPaulConstruction #GoFurtherBuildSmarter Client: Hibernia Real Estate Group Ltd Architect: Henry J Lyons Architects PM: Lafferty C&S: CS Consulting Group Civil & Structural Engineers M&E/SUS: O'Connor Sutton Cronin QS: Linesight Fire/DAC: MJP PSDP: Ashview Consultants BCAR: Catalyst Façade: Eckersley O'Callaghan

𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻’𝘀 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗮𝘁 𝗝𝗼𝗵𝗻 𝗣𝗮𝘂𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 This week, we marked #IWD2025 with an inspiring event at our head office, bringing together colleagues across our sites to celebrate, learn, and reflect. We were privileged to welcome Marie Crowe, award-winning RTÉ journalist, who shared her incredible journey in sports journalism, the challenges she overcame in a male-dominated industry, and the power of mentorship, determination, and investigative journalism in driving change. Our JPC panel discussion featuring Aleksandra Urbaniak, Gintare Geraltauskaite, Kelly O'Shea, Keziah Calverd, and Rachel Meehan explored the future of construction, the importance of diversity, and how we can inspire more women to join our industry. A huge thank you to everyone who joined in person and online, as well as those who hosted celebrations across our sites. Let’s continue to champion innovation, inclusion, and progress in our industry. #JohnPaulConstruction #GoFurtherBuildSmarter #InternationalWomensDay
