The new Bon Secours Hospital Limerick is due to open in Autumn 2025 and will double its workforce over the coming months, hiring 300 exceptional healthcare professionals. Roles will include various nursing grades, medical grades, health and social care professional grades and specialists in cardiac physiology, respiratory physiology, neurophysiology, surgical, anaesthetics and more. PJ Hegarty & Sons were proud to host a ceremony yesterday with our client Ronan Group Real Estate, Citi, the design team, and key supply chain partners to mark the topping out of Waterfront South Central, which will be Citi's new European headquarters on Dublin's North Quays. The building comprises twelve storeys, including a triple basement, and will provide 459,000 sq. ft. of state-of-the-art commercial space with the highest standards of design and technology. Yesterday marked a key milestone in the project, having recently completed the structural works ahead of schedule, which is a testament to hard work, innovation, collaboration, and partnerships.
