On the sidelines of #GlobalGreenGrowthWeek2024, GGGI and AAAID signed an MoU to advance sustainable agricultural investments in the Arab region. This partnership reflects a shared commitment to driving impactful agricultural projects that tackle pressing environmental challenges, while promoting food security and fostering sustainable farming practices across the region.

During #GlobalGreenGrowthWeek2024, GGGI held a bilateral meeting with representatives from the Saudi Fund For Development to explore potential collaboration opportunities in green growth and climate resilience. The discussions were both productive and engaging, highlighting shared priorities and avenues for future cooperation.

On the sidelines of #GlobalGreenGrowthWeek2024, the #Qatar Delegation held a bilateral meeting with H.E Mr. Moon and GGGI Qatar’s Country Representative, Mr. Tero Raassina to discuss mutual collaboration opportunities on #GreenGrowth and #ClimateResilience between GGGI and the State of Qatar.

GGGI and the Arab Authority for Agricultural Investment and Development (AAAID) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in Seoul, Republic of Korea, to enhance sustainable agricultural investment and climate resilience across the Arab region. The partnership will focus on tackling key environmental challenges such as desertification, salinity, and soil erosion while promoting food security and sustainable farming practices. By advancing climate-smart technologies and sustainable agribusiness models, the collaboration aims to boost agricultural productivity and support the livelihoods of millions of farmers. This strategic alliance will enable both organizations to pool resources and co-finance impactful projects designed to address the environmental and economic needs of the region. Through this partnership, GGGI and AAAID will work together to drive initiatives that not only alleviate rural poverty but also enhance climate adaptation measures.
