We’re thrilled to share that we’ve been awarded the highly regarded Customer Service Excellence (CSE) accreditation!   Customer Service Excellence accreditation is a nationally recognised benchmark of quality, achieved by SBHA following a rigorous independent assessment against 57 criteria across five key areas: customer insight, organisational culture, information and access, delivery, and timeliness and quality of service. SBHA’s strong customer-focused culture was highlighted as a key strength, attaining the highest-level rating of ‘Compliance Plus’ in the elements of using customer insights for service improvement and prioritising customer focus throughout the organisation.   Commenting on this achievement, Maria Lyle, SBHA’s Chief Operating Officer, said: “We are proud to have achieved this accreditation which is testament to the hard work and dedication of our entire team to provide high standards of service to customers. This time last night, I was trying to ruin my presentation by scribbling all over it! Last minute changes..........so much to say, and yes, I do tend to go off-piste! Today, I had the privilege of presenting at the final Customer Service Excellence Network & Chat for 2024. Off the back of Axil Integrated Services ♻️ achieving the Standard in October, I was asked to share what we do around "Developing Customer Insight and the Use of Personas." It’s not just about knowing who your buyers are—it’s about understanding when, why, and how they decide, what holds them back, and how to guide them forward. Personas aren’t static. They evolve as markets, people, legislation, production, and demand shift. We stay ahead of these changes, especially in UK manufacturing and critical sectors with complex needs. The whole process of being part of the assessment has been brilliant—from the support and constant contact to the advice and now being asked to share what we do.
