We’re so happy to have our Emily back in the office from her maternity leave 👋🏻
It's my first week back from maternity leave next week and I am feeling all the emotions✨ Firstly, I'm feeling SO grateful. Grateful for a healthy, happy baby, who was born 7 weeks premature. Grateful to have had over 10 months off with the support of my husband and family. Grateful to have a job that I am excited to come back to, and grateful for a team that I know will be so supportive as I work to figure out my new rhythm as a working mum. There's also a part of me that's sad. Sad at how fast time has gone. Sad to not spend every minute with my son as he develops new skills. Sad because there will never be a time again that my baby is this little and he will be looked after by carers at his nursery and not me. I'm letting myself feel all the feelings this week as I get myself back up to speed. To get back in with the office banter, conversations other than what am I going to feed my baby next, to enjoying a HOT cup of tea, reviewing all the live projects and meeting a few new additions to the team at B&CO ☺️

We’re pleased to announce the pre-let of our project 334 Oxford Street - The M Building. Situated in the prime location of London’s West End, @ BDO has signed a long-term lease for its new UK headquarters. Once complete the former Debenhams building will provide almost 280,000 sq ft of outstanding new workspace, with over 13,000 sq ft of landscaped terracing and views across the capital. Exciting progress at Network, W1. The steel frame and precast concrete planks are now over 50% complete and the building is really starting to take shape. Both structural elements are prefabricated offsite – improving both the quality of product and safety of delivery, whilst also reducing waste. Next up, the precast concrete façade in Q4 2024.

The end is in sight for our project St Pancras Campus. Reaching its final stages of completion the building comprises 120,000 sq. ft of offices, 27,000 sq. ft of light industrial space, two retail units, 34 apartments and a new public open space. We are immensely proud of this development and can’t wait to see the final outcome.
