On the train home to Leeds after a brilliant night at the #ATawards in London, joined by a bunch of great colleagues. Im extremely proud to have received the Aspiration Award for Emerging Talent in Architectural Technology. We’re thrilled that Luke Siddle MCIAT has been shortlisted for the Aspiration Award for Emerging Talent in Architectural Technology at tomorrow's #ATAwards! Since joining us in 2021, Luke has been an exceptional part of our team. His passion, dedication, and technical leadership have not only driven major projects like the modular Endoscopy Unit in Poole and the Emergency Department in Boston but have also inspired those around him to strive for technical excellence. His success extends beyond project delivery; in 2024, Luke earned his MCIAT qualification, solidifying his position as a Chartered Member of CIAT, and now leads internal workshops to guide his colleagues toward the same achievement. We’re so proud to see Luke’s talent and hard work recognised and look forward to cheering him on at the #ATAwards tomorrow. Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT)

Last week, all four of our offices came together for our annual gathering, to celebrate our collective successes. As always, it was a great evening for everyone. Celebrating the accomplishments of P+HS and recognising the efforts of our individuals is extremely important to us. Additionally, a big round of applause for Stephen Hatcher on his appointment as Associate Director, Henrietta Pissarro as Associate and Lauren Sturman as Business Support Manager. Tom Potter had the privilege of attending the grand opening of Harehills Community Health Centre last Wednesday. This marks the culmination of a project that he, Ioana Florea, and James Almond have been working on since 2019 in partnership with Mayfair Group Investment (MGI) and North Leeds Medical Practice. The new health centre will play a crucial role in transforming healthcare services in the area, addressing significant health inequalities and providing vital care to the community. We’re incredibly proud of the team’s dedication and are excited to see the positive impact this facility will have on local residents. A huge congratulations to Rohin Dhand who spearheaded this project, alongside THE PRIMARY CARE PARTNERSHIP (YORK) LTD, Bridges Pound Consulting Engineers, C80 Solutions Ltd and NOVO Integration Ltd for delivering this outstanding scheme.

Last week, we had the privilege of attending and sponsoring the North East STEM Foundation Ball, a fantastic evening in support of UTC South Durham and the future of STEM education. It was a wonderful opportunity for some of our STEM ambassadors to connect with like-minded individuals and champion the importance of inspiring the next generation. The venue looked magical, but the real highlight was seeing how events like this raise awareness of STEM careers and directly contribute to creating opportunities for young minds to thrive. If you're interested in learning more about careers in STEM fields or exploring pathways to get involved, check out the link below. https://lnkd.in/e3tU9uAn You can also find more information about career opportunities and pathways into architecture on our own page. https://lnkd.in/esfdBH2Q 📸 Lauren Sturman, Josh Westwood, Sophie Jenkinson, Rowena Burbeck, Amelia Swaby, Callumn Cameron Beattie MCIAT, Bradley Spencer, Jamie Stoddart, Alesia B. and Elliot Walker

Last night saw a team from P+HS Architects dress up and go the extra mile in support of the next generation at the North East STEM Foundation Ball held in support of a local UTC (University Technical College). For those that haven't heard of these before, UTC colleges offer practical learning and experiences with industry connections, placements and T-Levels. It was great to have our own Jamie Stoddart with us who took his T-Levels before joining P+HS. Jamie's now doing great things with the practice and hasn't yet turned 20! P+HS are very proud to have sponsored the event and played their small part in inspiring the next generation of young minds. #STEM #nextgeneration #inspiringyoungminds
