Workshop 5: Rehabilitation Through Real Opportunity The UK’s prison system faces real challenges, but change is possible. That’s why PCE, in partnership with the Ministry of Justice UK and Serco, launched Workshop 5 at HMP Fosse Way, helping prisoners gain valuable skills and real job prospects. ✅ 25,000+ learning hours completed ✅ 500+ precast components manufactured ✅ Supplying both public and private sector construction projects ✅ 2 prison leavers in full-time roles (with a target of 10 by 2026) A key driver behind this success is Dave Cox, who provides hands-on training and mentorship to help participants build a future beyond prison. Great to see Regal’s Fulton & Fifth project, built using PCE’s hyTower®, achieve a perfect score in the Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS)! Recognising best practice in construction, CCS sets the standards for safety, sustainability, and social considerations. The Modern Methods of Construction deployed through use of hyTower® enables projects to be delivered with these considerations at the fore, with an offsite emphasis reducing risk, waste, and site activity, whilst maximising quality and speed.
