#ICYMI: Last year at Scotland Food & Drink’s Excellence Summit, we witnessed the power of ideas coming to life through collaboration! 🍽️✨ Anne-Laure F., our Insight Manager, joined Kathryn E. (Opportunity North East Limited) on the 'Turning Insight into Action' panel to share findings from The Knowledge Bank’s Provenance & Foodservices research. This session inspired new ways for businesses to harness the power of provenance, revealing strategies to thrive in today’s evolving market. Our participation in this dynamic event was a catalyst for fresh thinking, and springboarded ‘Sparks’—our weekly posts designed to ignite actionable insights for the food and drink sector. 🔥 On the 'Fuelling Innovation' panel, our Head of Insight, Carol Saunders, joined Neil Freckingham (Opportunity North East) and Claire Small (Elior UK) to delve into the importance of innovation and NPD in shaping customer-centric growth. These sparks of innovation are fuelling meaningful conversations for the future of the sector. Looking ahead, we’re excited to keep sharing ideas and insights that empower food and drink businesses in 2025 and beyond. 💡 Explore more in our reports: https://lnkd.in/ecJqq2fM #ConsumerInsights #TheKnowledgeBank #Sparks #Provenance #Innovation #ExcellenceSummit
