Dea… DELETE. Hi… DELETE. Hello person reading this: We know writing something on LinkedIn is hard. Even harder when it’s a cold message to a recruiter.  Our new work for LinkedIn is a series of two quick and impactful films with bespoke visual approaches. The first one captures the facedown against a blinking cursor. We brought this relatable writer’s block story to life, making us feel those same feelings until introducing LinkedIn Premium as the cathartic solution. Thank you to our partners wtp.picturesHiatus, and Company 3!

Representation in storytelling matters because visibility matters.   Minecraft isn’t just another video game. It’s a global platform where 141 million fans build their unique stories and share them with the world. And to prove it, Minecraft created #MinecraftYourStory, a social program aimed to collect hundreds of perspectives on a single, simple prompt.  You can read more about it on Roastbrief here: https://lnkd.in/g-YeQM-f After hundreds of personal tales with unique styles poured through, Minecraft compiled them all into a moving, mixed-media collage to reposition the spotlight back at their game’s budding storytellers. By tapping into existing YouTube tagging behavior, every creator now has their first official story credit—linked to their original submission—so their voice is wholly represented as an integral part of Minecraft’s voice. Huge thanks to Mojang Studios, the Minecraft community, Cut + Run, and Lime Studios for sharing their talents with the world and crafting the Minecraft story with us.

Xbox can power your dreams—no matter how big and impossible they may be. For our new global campaign for Xbox, we dreamed equally big. In “Wake Up and Dream,” the long form film central to the campaign, we see a gamer transform her reality into an ever-changing world of Xbox games. You can read more about it on SHOTS here: https://lnkd.in/gzTgAic8 We kept dreaming big with the world’s most impressive display: the Vegas Sphere. As Twitch-Con invaded Vegas, Xbox powered up the Sphere with its first-ever 3D, anamorphic campaign. Feast your eyes on it yourself on IGN Entertainment here: https://lnkd.in/eFgUCnCn With 40M+ views and dozens of write-ups from gaming and culture press within 48 hours of launch, we can’t wait to see just how big this dream will be. Unfortunately, race-based hair discrimination remains prevalent at work today. The statistics aren’t just shocking. They lack humanity. Our latest campaign for LinkedIn amplified a human and unscripted conversation that celebrated how Black hair is professional.     The discussion needed an environment that felt just as welcoming. In the Black community, the salon is a hub for cultural conversation. So, LinkedIn created their own salon and welcomed three Black female professionals in, where they added more humanity to the conversation through their lived experiences.    Watch the full conversation here: https://lnkd.in/dCyhszQU

Black hair is professional. Period. But Black women’s hair is 2.5x more likely to be seen as unprofessional — a stat that needs to change.     In our latest campaign for LinkedIn, we invited three Black professional women into a salon where they had a powerful and unscripted conversation. They shared their lived experiences and talked about stopping race-based hair discrimination at work.     Thank you to our partners at LinkedIn, SLMBR PRTY, Rare Medium TV, and One Union Recording Studios for amplifying this conversation.     Check out the rest of the campaign here: https://lnkd.in/dCyhszQU
