Changemakers work in challenging environments that demand mental, emotional, and physical resilience. This learning program is a six-week online course designed to help #changemakers deepen their awareness and strengthen their connection to their work and the world around them. Join Ashoka and the Inner Green Deal teams for a transformative journey, exploring the role of nature, relationships, and systems in building resilience. O objetivo é restaurar 33 mil hectares de áreas da Amazônia e da Mata Atlântica, além de compensar emissões de CO2, adquirindo 3,5 milhões de créditos de carbono. Essa ação faz parte da estratégia da empresa para alcançar a meta de neutralidade de carbono até 2030. Most corporate employees believe that what their employer says about social and environmental responsibility is inconsistent with their company’s actual behaviors. We call this the intention-action gap. There’s an untapped opportunity for businesses to better leverage their workforce to drive sustainability. This study by Ashoka Changemaker Companies and GlobeScan, surveying over 8,600 employees, explains why this happens, and also how to address the challenge. Walking into an ROE classroom, I'm encouraged by the impact nurturing empathy has on children’s wellbeing—counteracting the growing challenges of anxiety and disconnection.
