About HB 1003: 🔹An expansive bill impacting many areas of the health care industry 🔹Could give additional strength to pricing transparency About HB 1004: 🔹Limits what may constitute benefits for certain nonprofit hospitals 🔹Would examine what nonprofit hospitals are charging for services compared to the Medicare reimbursement rate The IMA serves as the manufacturing community’s advocate at all levels of government and believes in member-informed advocacy. 🤝 Indiana’s Leading #Advocate for Industry 🤝 Andrew Berger, President/CEO of the IMA, testified in the Senate Tax and Fiscal Policy Committee today to share IMAs support of SB 443.   About SB 443: 1️⃣This is an IMA priority bill that provides #tax relief to #Indiana’s #manufacturers 2️⃣It was passed by the committee today with a vote of 8-2 The #IMA is grateful for the work of the authors of this bill, Senator Aaron Freeman and Senator Chris Garten, who are champions on this topic for the manufacturing industry!
