    😎 Today let's talk about our Executive Project Coordinator Lodovico Graepel😎 Lodovico is responsible for transversal and international projects. He moved to Milan 10 years ago for his university studies, he graduated in managerial economics and started his career in a multinational company. Later, he realized that the startup environment was his niche and founded his own in the smart-mobility sector first, before joining Joinrs. He describes himself as a huge tennis fanatic and a 'decent' player (we can agree on that).

    😎 Let's talk about Maura Bonelli, Business Development Manager in Joinrs 😎 She has worked for more than 8 years in Italian and International startups and scaleups, all sharing the mission of bringing innovation to companies. Engineer by training and Sales by passion for almost 20 years, in her spare time she loves going to the theater, playing sports, reading novels and taking long walks at the seaside, where she lives with her husband and two children. She used to act in the theater with her theater company and write short stories, who knows, maybe one day she will resume doing so 😉

    🤩 Patrizia Rinaldi, our Chief People & Organization Officer 🤩 Patrizia is a Senior Manager with over 18 years of experience in HR. She earned a degree in Business Economics from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia and a Master's in Personnel Management and Organisation from Bocconi University in Milan. Throughout her career, she has managed all areas of the Human Resources Department, supporting the business during transformation phases and leading teams through periods of change. She began her career at Pirelli Real Estate and then moved to the Ferragamo Group, where her responsibilities grew over the past 12 years she was there to then becoming the Human Resources & Organisation Director for the EMEA region. In 2020, Patrizia decided to focus on comprehensive HR consulting, becoming a strategic outsourcing partner for companies undergoing change and growth. In 2022, Patrizia completed an Executive MBA at the Politecnico di Milano School of Management, where she met Gabriele Giugliano and embraced the Joinrs project, becoming Chief People & Organisation Officer 🤭
