🚀 Saber Astronautics wins $1.25M contract with U.S. Space Force! 🚀 We’re proud to announce that Saber Astronautics has been awarded a $1.25M contract to develop Windu, an advanced automation tool designed to revolutionize satellite operations. As space activity accelerates—projected to reach 80,000+ satellites by 2032—automation is critical for managing growing complexities. Windu acts as a "Digital Guardian", enhancing space operators’ ability to monitor, protect, and defend assets more efficiently than ever before. 🔹 What Windu brings to space operations: ✅ Automates satellite monitoring & threat assessment ✅ Integrates with Space Cockpit™, used by thousands of operators globally ✅ Enhances Space Domain Awareness for U.S. Space Force & allied partners "The pace of activity in orbit is faster than ever before, and the stakes are incredibly high," says Saber CEO Dr. Jason Held. "With Windu, we’re giving operators the tools they need to stay ahead of threats, streamline decisions, and focus on their missions.” We’re excited to work with the U.S. Space Force on this transformative project. Let’s build a safer, smarter space domain together! Read more: 🔗 https://lnkd.in/gWJfA6zA #SpaceInnovation #USSF #SatelliteAutomation #SpaceDomainAwareness #SpaceCockpit #SaberAstronautics

About us
Saber Astronautics is dedicated to making space operations safer, easier, and cheaper. Our research takes the cutting edge in complex systems science and applies it to space operations— we model the interaction between spacecraft telemetry and the space environment to estimate causes and effects of anomalies. With our technology, operators will track the paths of defects as they cascade through spacecraft subsystems and make safer, more informed corrections. The approach will enable future spacecraft which can understand their own local environments, and make better autonomous responses.

Thank you to everyone who attended our first Space Cockpit Battle Management System User Workshop at the SDA Tap Lab 🌟 Attendees gained hands-on experience with Space Cockpit™ - our SDA tool that allows you to visualize your satellites in a real-time, video game-like application 🎮. We gained valuable insight and feedback from operators about their SDA issues and requirements so that we can provide them with the exact tools required for their space missions 💡. The workshop also allowed Space Applications Marketplace (SAM) members, Arlula and Scout Space, to showcase their capabilities, and demonstrate how their apps solve scenario based problems in Space Cockpit™🛰️. We’d also like to thank the SDA TAP Lab and Maj Sean Allen for their efforts in coordinating. We look forward to continuing our support to the SDA TAP Lab and the Cohort 4 teams working to solve the SDA and Space Force problem sets 🤝.
