Working with The Townscape Consultancy, Woods Bagot, Ivanhoé Cambridge, CO-⁠RE London, and Gerald Eve, we've crafted visuals to help bring this future-focused vision to life. Here’s what makes this project special: 🌱 Sustainability at its core: By retaining 70% of the existing structure, the design aims to meet high standards in low-carbon building, targeting BREEAM Outstanding and WELL Gold certifications. 🌿 Green, Open Spaces: The addition of rooftop terraces with extensive planting will provide stunning views of the City and create welcoming outdoor areas. 🚴♀️ Upgraded for Modern Lifestyles: Enhanced facilities like bike parking, showers, and efficient systems are tailored to the needs of today’s workforce. We’re proud to be part of this transformative journey, blending the building’s heritage with forward-thinking design for a new era on Lombard Street.

Celebrating one year since ‘Powered by Cityscape’ ✨ It’s hard to believe that a year has passed since we hosted our Powered by Cityscape event, hosted by Theodore Harding, bringing together some of the industry’s top thought leaders. Empowering Amey's vision for decarbonisation 🚀 We’re proud to have collaborated with Amey on a project for an internal conference recently. Amey needed a visual aid to effectively communicate their position on decarbonisation, and the interconnected nature of their projects. Our team rapidly developed an expansive theoretical masterplan, allowing the presenters to dynamically zoom into specific details like EV charging units and LED lights. This setup illustrated the connections between various infrastructure projects, including railways, roads, and power systems, highlighting Amey's comprehensive approach to green initiatives. This project supported Amey in presenting their strategies and vision to around 500 top executives, with potential future applications in customer-facing presentations. Great news! The London Chest Hospital redevelopment has received planning approval, and we're thrilled to have been involved. We've contributed with planning views and a detailed VR model to support Latimer's vision of creating 274 new homes—half of them affordable—and to ensure the preservation of the site’s heritage, and veteran Mulberry tree. SEGRO Park Wapping has achieved planning consent 🎉 Delighted that SEGRO plc Park Wapping, a state-of-the-art, sustainable logistics facility in the heart of London, has gained successful planning consent. The 95,000 sq ft development will support over 150 jobs and cater to the growing demand for high-quality, eco-friendly industrial space within the capital. Cityscape Digital produced verified views and marketing visuals to showcase the innovative design and sustainability features. SEGRO Park Wapping represents the next generation of inner urban warehousing, setting new standards in sustainability and innovation, and is designed to complement a modern city environment in a high-demand central London location. Located just 1.5 miles from the City of London, this facility is tailored to meet the needs of modern businesses and foster local growth, supporting the commitment to innovation and sustainability in the heart of the London market.

Celebrating Partnerships at the CPA Lunch ✨ Our team recently attended London Property Alliance (CPA & WPA)'s CPA Lunch, a fantastic opportunity to celebrate the City of London and the partnerships that are shaping its future.
