We’re delighted to mark the completion of 36 much-needed affordable homes at Kingston House Gardens in Leatherhead. Delivered in partnership with SUNNINGHILL CONSTRUCTION CO. LIMITED and Mole Valley District Council, this scheme brings forward a mix of homes for social rent, affordable rent and shared ownership, supporting local families and individuals to find a place they can call home. With energy-efficient features, including air source heat pumps and mechanical ventilation systems, these homes are designed to be sustainable, comfortable, and future-ready. As part of our 125th anniversary celebrations, we hosted a filmmaking school in Leeds, equipping participants with essential skills in camera work, sound recording, editing, and social media promotion. Delivered by Iconic Steps, the programme culminated in a final screening of their work. Alongside technical training, Clarion Futures provided career development workshops, covering CV building and employability coaching. Participants will now benefit from 12 months of support from Iconic Steps, plus continued guidance from Clarion Futures. In partnership with The London Neighbourhood Scholarship Trust, we’re offering three £15,000 scholarships to Architecture students from underrepresented backgrounds living in London.
