Drum roll, please... 🥁 we're pleased to announce that following a recent inspection by the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH), we have achieved a C1 in the new Consumer Standards. We've also maintained our existing Governance (G1) and Financial Viability (V1) ratings, these are the highest available ratings in each category. This result affirms our commitment to providing safe, high-quality homes and services that deliver good value for money, demonstrating our focus on continuous improvements and doing a great job for customers. The inspection team from the RSH observed our Board and Committee meetings, met with customers and spent time with the Executive team and Board Members. They reviewed a range of information, data and supporting documents and scrutinised our finances and governance processes. We know there is more hard work ahead of us in an increasingly challenging operating environment for the sector. We are committed to maintaining this momentum, ensuring we continue to meet the highest standards and deliver lasting value to the communities we serve.
