Last week, TVA was excited to celebrate the groundbreaking of a new permanent supportive housing development with Clatsop Behavioral Healthcare and Edlen & Company. The new facility will house CBH’s Open-Door program and 32 permanent supportive housing apartment units, making comprehensive behavioral health services more accessible to those who need them. Our team has carefully considered the durability and maintainability of the interior finishes, while also creating a calming, supportive environment. Through trauma-informed design, the team has focused on minimizing potential triggers by thoughtfully addressing elements such as color, natural views, lighting, and spatial layout. TVA is proud to contribute to this important initiative, supporting CBH’s commitment to fostering a healthier community! This year, TVA staff honored Dr. King’s legacy by participating in our bi-annual day of service. We joined SOLVE Oregon’s MLK Day Cleanup Event, spending a cold and sunny day picking up litter around Irving Park and MLK Boulevard in NE Portland. It was a meaningful opportunity to come together as a team, connect with our community, and make a positive impact. Thank you to SOLVE Oregon for organizing such an impactful and rewarding event—we’re grateful to contribute to the betterment of our city!

Thank you to the Mass Timber Group for sharing the story of the Advantis Credit Union Headquarters. We are extremely proud of this project and the team that made it happen!

For our most recent workspace project for Seyfarth Shaw LLP in Seattle, we worked to create a space that melds traditional office with a little bit of a hospitality vibe. The project consists of 22,000 sf of space with amazing views of downtown Seattle, Puget Sound, and the Olympics beyond. In addition to over 40 attorney offices and 15 open workstations, this project provides flexible, divisible large-scale meeting space, phone/focus rooms, and drop-in desking for team members visiting from one of the many other Seyfarth locations. And taps for cold brew and kombucha, if you're into such things. Our great project team included Venture General Contracting, TVA Architects, KPFF Consulting Engineers Seattle, Corporate Concepts, Inc., Porter, TM Technology Partners, and of course the building management team at EQ Office.

TVA is proud to partner with exceptional clients like Rubicon Investments Corporation, a fourth-generation Oregon business committed to creating spaces that enrich our communities and building long-term relationships that promote prosperity and foster resilience. Working with the Rubicon team is a privilege as they continually demonstrate their commitment to these ideals in action and never stop thinking about how they can do more or do better. To that end, they established the Rubicon Community Fund (RCF) to address the needs of children and youth within the Oregon Department of Human Services Child Welfare program.
