Benniman has been appointed by Stoford Developments Ltd to build a 278,048 sq ft facility at Worcester Six Business Park. The project, designed by UMC Architects, will deliver a new building for global manufacturer MiTek under the BREEAM Communities framework. Scheduled for completion in Q4 2025, it marks the first development at the park's southern extension.
