Benniman is set to deliver a speculative 233,555 sq ft multi let industrial development at Indurent Park Gloucester, a newly formed entity combining Industrials REIT and St. Modwen Logistics. Designed by Roberts Limbrick, the development is set for completion by the end of 2025 and will deliver 12 industrial units, ranging from 5,829 sq ft to 57,436 sq ft, all built to BREEAM Excellent. Benniman is proud to partner with Greenlight Logistics, a joint venture between Delancey and Coltham, to deliver a £20 million redevelopment in Redditch. The project includes four new industrial units (10,000–67,475 sq ft), a 61,800 sq ft refurbished unit, and a 2,200 sq ft office extension. Benniman has been appointed by Stoford Developments Ltd to build a 278,048 sq ft facility at Worcester Six Business Park. The project, designed by UMC Architects, will deliver a new building for global manufacturer MiTek under the BREEAM Communities framework. Scheduled for completion in Q4 2025, it marks the first development at the park's southern extension. Benniman is pleased to be working on behalf of Stoford Developments Ltd to redevelop Task Consumer Products' new headquarters in Wolverhampton. The project includes a large extension, a new warehouse and modern facilities, all designed with sustainability in mind. Completion is planned for August 2025.

Benniman has been awarded a £5.4 million contract at Prologis Apex Park on behalf of global tyre company, Hankook Tire. Benniman will be fitting out DC9, a 357,221 sq ft logistics facility that will create new office space, meeting rooms, and breakout areas. The 15-acre development will feature two units totalling 346,563 sq ft, prioritising sustainability with BREEAM Excellent certification, solar panels and air source heat pumps. Benniman is dedicated to supporting local communities and is proud to be partners with the Men In Sheds in Malvern, backed by Community Action Malvern & District, which helps combat isolation among older and disabled people. In collaboration with Fairways Interiors and Skerritt's Electrical, we contributed to remodelling the workshop and storage areas, including repositioning walls for better flow, adding loft storage, and creating external wood storage. Heart of Worcestershire College students gained work experience with Fairways Interiors during the project. At the grand opening, Benniman's Contracts Manager, David Lee, was honoured with a commemorative plaque and clock made by members.
