1️⃣ 🚀 A set of jointly-endorsed CX standards created by Bain & Company, in partnership with Kantar and Qualtrics is under definition and expected official launch in October. These standards aim to provide clarity and support a common set of guidelines empowering companies to build effective CX functions as many struggle for recognition and influence within organisations. The newly proposed standards framework focuses on three areas for benchmarking excellence in customer centricity: 👯 Culture: assessed based on how well brands adhere to their company purpose and values throughout the organisation. This evaluation encompasses the employee experience, which significantly influences the customer experience. 🛠 Capability: analysing how businesses handle various information sources, such as customer feedback and transaction data, and apply these insights across the entire organisation. 💪 Execution: focused on the influence of CX investments on business values such as growth. This involves assessing the extent to which customers are valued by the brand and the level of CX comprehension across the organisation.
