I've been a master's level counselor since 2018 and have been licensed since 2022. I have experience with almost all mental health issues and a wide variety of populations. Now accepting Medicaid.

In my work with clients, my first mission is to help you feel comfortable to share what is troubling. I believe compassion and non-judgment are the foundation of healing and growth. I see both individuals and couples. I help couples mend or strengthen their relationships in the face of life transitions, loss of trust, communication difficulties, and disconnection. I also work with individuals who want to restore balance, feel confident, and change patterned beliefs or behaviors. I have experience treating relationship issues, anxiety, depression, disordered eating, and trauma.

I really admire people who come in for counseling. My goal is to help you build on that courage to find your own unique solutions. A lot of the pain we feel as people has to do with the state of our relationships. That's why I specialize in working with couples using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). This well-researched model helps couples get free of repetitive negative patterns that hurt, and replace them with skills for building a deeply satisfying, trusting connection. I have used EFT to help many couples repair deeply damaged relationships and go on to thrive together.

For over 30 years I have helped individuals make some of the most important decisions of their life. I specialize in helping you resolve relationship challenges as couples, co-parents, step-parents, parent-child, families, and divorcing couples. Sometimes this means strengthening the most important relationship--with yourself. I provide private counseling, coaching, personal growth retreats, and mediation services.Together, we can explore and discover answers to finding greater joy and meaning in your life.

Not accepting new clients at this time. My passion is working with women who are experiencing anxiety, depression, transitions, trauma reactions, and other women's issues. I provide an environment that is non-judgmental and shame-free. Our early life experiences as well as events throughout our life contribute to the perspective we have on life situations. Therapy allows for an objective look at these situations and seeing alternate viewpoints that may be more realistic. Within a safe and nonjudgmental environment, compelling and lasting changes can be made so that you can become a happier, healthier you.

I work with clients of all ages and specialize in working with individuals who have been diagnosed with a life threatening or terminal disease, their families, and caregivers. In addition, I work with infertile couples and those pursuing fertility treatment and/or adoption, as well as women who have experienced miscarriage, stillbirth, or post abortion grief. Grief and loss are experienced at many stages of life and are often at the root of the issues presented in counseling, such as anxiety and/or depression. I also specialize in grief/loss counseling and work with a myriad of other symptoms as well.
