Ronan Group Real Estate was proud to host a topping out ceremony yesterday [March 25] at the new European headquarters for Citi, the global bank, at Waterfront South Central on Dublin’s north quays. The building ranging from five to nine storeys over a triple basement will provide 459,000 sq ft GIA of state-of-the-art commercial space with the highest standards of design and technology. Citi will increase its footprint in Ireland and take ownership of one of the most sustainable buildings in its global real estate portfolio when construction is completed next year. Spencer Place continues to be expertly managed by RGRE’s residential platform, Libra Living, who played a key role in accumulating and organising the information and data needed for the BREEAM application. Last month, The Land Development Agency broke ground at Clongriffin / Cluain Ghrífín with construction starting on over 400 new homes. The homes are being delivered as part of the initial phase of the planned Clongriffin / Cluain Ghrífín development, which is the largest state housing project currently planned. The first homes are due to be delivered in early 2027. We’re now 26 months into our Harcourt Square project for Hibernia Real Estate Group Ltd, and great progress continues on-site. The unitised façade for Block A is nearing completion, while installation of the first unitised panels for Block B is now underway. This month will also see the removal of the first of our five tower cranes, with the second set to follow shortly after. Internally, fitout works in Block A are advancing across multiple floors, and Block B has now entered its fitout phase. Meanwhile, the first batch of primary mechanical plant has been successfully lifted onto the roof of Block A using our tower cranes, with further deliveries scheduled next month.
