We have submitted plans to Reading Borough Council on behalf of developer Elder, for the new Greyfriars House co-living scheme. Situated at 20-30 Greyfriars Road, Elder's plans propose demolishing the existing building on-site to make way for a new development. The project includes a part seven, part 13-storey structure, featuring 266 co-living units—comprising 243 standard units and 23 larger, accessible units—designed to meet the applicable co-living design standards. Elder’s co-living concept reimagines urban living by engaging its local community and maintaining strong ties to the local area. Practical features such as ample cycle storage and on-site parking are seamlessly incorporated, while flexible working solutions reflect a commitment to adaptability in a dynamic work environment.   Fairfax, Bristol  Regeneration of a significant commercial landmark in Bristol to compliment the rising demand of modern tenants. Located just moments from Cabot Circus and The Galleries in Bristol’s city centre, The Fairfax offers a refined 14-storey workspace experience over that integrates urban convenience with thoughtful design. Entering through a welcoming club room lounge, tenants are greeted by a concierge in a space that feels more like a boutique hotel than a conventional office. On behalf of our client Eutopia Homes Ltd, we have secured a resolution to grant for 139 new homes with associated new public open spaces for a residential-led regeneration of the former St John Fisher School in Chatham, Kent. After many months of positive dialogue with Medway Council and local community engagement, Eutopia Homes, in partnership with Chenavari Investment Managers are pleased that officers have recommended approval of this high-quality mixed housing scheme.
