🌟 Congrats to 3Keel on the release of their insightful new report, commissioned by Defra and DESNZ, which sets out key principles for organisations to reduce agricultural Scope 3 emissions. 🌱 We were pleased to contribute to the report, drawing on our experience working with partners to develop innovative financing mechanisms to support sustainable global supply chains. These projects include Finance Earth’s Fisheries Improvement Fund and Soil Association Exchange's Exchange Market, ongoing work with WWF to improve resilience in deforestation- and conversion-free supply chains in Brazil’s Cerrado region, and our collaborations with Canopy and Ponda to boost growth in more sustainable textiles. 🌱 Exciting news for farmers!🌾   Finance Earth is thrilled to support the launch of Exchange Market, proudly co-developed with our partners at Soil Association Exchange, in collaboration with a farmer steering group.   This new £1 million fund connects UK farms and businesses with shared supply chains, rewarding farmers for reducing greenhouse gas emissions while helping to build climate resilience and meet environmental goals.   Our Managing Director, Elizabeth Beall, says: "Mobilising private capital to address the climate and nature emergency is critical to speed up action. Farmers are on the front lines and should be remunerated for the work they have done and incentivised to do more.
