We're thrilled to announce that Reece Glover has joined our growing team as an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor, bringing valuable expertise to our Welsh projects! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 Reece joins us with an impressive background, having achieved a 1st Class Honours in Quantity Surveying & Commercial Management from Coventry University. His professional journey includes valuable experience at AECOM as a Cost Manager during his year in industry (June 2018 - September 2019) and returning as a Cost Manager from January 2021 to January 2025, where he worked on schemes ranging up to an impressive £65 million. Reece is already making an impact across several exciting Welsh projects, including: Redevelopment of former Cowbridge School Broadhaven residential development, Pembrokeshire Lamphey residential development, Pembrokeshire Restoration and repurposing of YHA & OBT Bryn Gwynant Tesco Express, Newbridge Reece shares his thoughts on joining our team: "I am excited about the opportunity to work with TC, as it provides the chance to apply my skills in a dynamic environment and take on new projects," says Reece. 👋 Join us in welcoming Ben Morris to the TC Consult team! Ben has joined as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor. His addition to the team helps us maintain our commitment to delivering outstanding quantity surveying and construction project management services across Wales. Welcome, Ben! Ben is currently in his final year of studying a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management at the University of South Wales. He brings valuable industry experience from his previous role as a Trainee Quantity Surveyor at AtkinsRéalis/Faithful & Gould, where he worked for two years in their Bristol office. Ben is working alongside the team on some of our key projects for 2025: * Restoration & redevelopment of a private estate in Camarthenshire * Castle Coch Tower Refurbishment * Redevelopment of former Cowbridge Comprehensive School Operations Director Adam says: “Welcome to the team! The iconic Palace Theatre building in Swansea has reopened its doors today (Thursday November 7) as the newest Tramshed Tech location, marking a significant milestone in the city's £1bn regeneration. The historic landmark - which dates back to 1888 - has undergone an extensive three-year restoration, led and funded by Swansea Council with an investment worth more than £6.9m from the Welsh Government's Transforming Towns initiative. The carefully restored six-floor building now offers state-of-the-art workspaces designed to support tech, digital and creative businesses. Cherished architectural features have been maintained, including the decorative iron balcony, original Ebbw Vale brick, and restored floor tiles. The historic theatre stage has been preserved and reimagined as a unique event space and collaborative work area. With a first-class degree in Construction Project Management from the University of South Wales and hands-on experience with ISG Main Contractors, Wil is already contributing to some of our key projects for 2024, including: • Restoration & redevelopment of a private estate in the Brecon Beacons • Refurbishment of Wrexham Markets • Restoration and repurposing of YHA & OBT Bryn Gwynant • Refurbishment of the Palace Theatre, Swansea Operations Director Adam James says, "We’re really pleased to have Wil on board.
