Sanchez Fischer Levine, LLP and Partner David Levine Ranked in 2023 Chambers USA Guide Sanchez Fischer Levine, LLP and founding partner David Levine have been recognized in the 2023 edition of Chambers USA, a prestigious and world-renowned legal guide that provides annual rankings for law firms and lawyers throughout the U.S. in particular practice areas.  This year, Chambers USA ranks both SFL and Levine in the area of Florida General Commercial Litigation, alongside many of the state’s prominent firms and practitioners. SFL is recognized as “Highly Regarded” and ranked in Band 3 for its work, on par with firms such as Baker McKenzie, Jones Day, and Winston & Strawn LLP – a notable achievement for a firm established just four years ago. Chambers points out that SFL “[a]ccrues highly effusive client commentary lauding its services and high-quality advice.” Levine’s individual ranking is also impressive, as Chambers USA highlights his work in several high-profile cases for multiple esteemed corporate clients. Solomonic’s law firm ranking for 2023 shows the top 30 firms maintained rock solid control over the substantial litigation work. The table reveals the leading firms acting in claims issued in 2023. 🏆 Clyde & Co maintained their market leading position for a third year in a row. DAC Beachcroft secured second spot, with a 16% uplift in claim volume. Barings Law emerges as the biggest new entrant, its rise driven by a raft of pandemic business interruption claims. Legal giants DWF and Kennedys complete the top 5. Disputes powerhouse RPC- law firm comes in at 6th and Weightmans, Shoosmiths and Leigh Day complete the top 10. Other litigation leaders all retain a top 30 spot, including Eversheds Sutherland, TLT LLP, CMS UK, Hill Dickinson LLP, Stephenson Harwood LLP and FT 2023 Innovative Law Firm award winners Pinsent Masons. Key performers include respected heavyweight HFW who return to the table with a big jump in new High Court work (up 125%). Addleshaw Goddard (66%) and Mishcon de Reya LLP (48%) also delivered increased High Court activity. If we take a look at the activity of the top law firms based on the volume of claims issued, some notable trends emerge in comparison to the previous two years. In the first half of this year, the top firms acted in over 700 claims, marking an 8% decrease in activity levels compared to 2022 and almost a quarter down on 2021. DAC Beachcroft holds the top position, with Clyde & Co in second. Leigh Day, Hamlins LLP, Hill Dickinson LLP and Stephenson Harwood LLP stand out for having increased their activity levels.
