My approach is integrative, holistic, and considers the whole person which includes mind, body, and spirit. I take an individualized approach with each and every client to ensure their goals, hopes, and dreams are realized.

I am currently taking new clients! It takes amazing strength and courage to share our insecurities, worries and pain. As a compassionate therapist, my goal is to provide a safe and trusting space where you can feel better and get relief. Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, I provide a free 15 minute consult to help make the process less overwhelming and to explore if working together is the right fit for you. Naylen Schenone is a Licensed Professional and Nationally Board Certified Counselor in the State of Idaho. Naylen graduated from Southeastern University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and from Capella University with a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Naylen’s desire as a clinician is to counsel clients through the help of the Holy Spirit, while drawing on her years of education and experience in the counseling field. Naylen utilizes many different interventions and modalities within sessions such as CBT and DBT, but her primary focus is Solution Focused Based Therapy (SFBT).

I am a counselor with many years of overseas and cross-cultural experience, which has highlighted for me the strengths and challenges common to all people, no matter where we are from or now call home. Rocky transitions of all kinds, struggles with identity and unwanted behaviors, relationship and parenting issues, many types of loss and grief-are all areas I have experience in. I work with those who are interested in resolving past painful experiences, addressing present difficulties, and building towards a healthier future for themselves and those important to them.

My clinical work as a Jungian oriented depth psychotherapist is characterized by a deep respect for the unfolding of your individual life process, knowing that life experience is in constant change, complex and fluid. A depth psychotherapist collaborates with the client by working together with their wounded, rejected, neglected, abandoned, painful, emotional & fragmented parts. We build a therapeutic rapport with a trust in the process. Personal dreams and symptoms are used as healing agents.

I work with individuals experiencing frequent and persistent Anxiety. Feeling a certain level of discomfort over big stressors is totally normal, however, if that worry does not go away or progresses it may be time to reach out for help. Unmanaged stress and anxiety can lead to chronic mental, physical, and relational problems. Common mental health issues that lead people to work with me include anxiety and panic, addiction and substance abuse, depression, grief and loss, bipolar functioning, and relationship concerns.
