  • Our helicopters have officially transferred 500 patients! 🚁 Pilot Jimmy flew the Fortescue Heli-Med Service EC145 helicopter to Narrogin with Flight Nurse Michelle and Dr Albi to retrieve a young patient and get them safely to specialist care at Perth Children's Hospital 🏥 This milestone was made possible by the hard work and passion of our crews in the sky and on the ground, who have made history this week 🚁 Well done to everyone involved, and thank you to our major partner Fortescue for supporting this service. • Cuteness overload 🧸 These adorable hand made knitted teddies were donated last year by the very talented Ann and her husband Gary McLeish. The teddies will be given to young patients who need a bit of extra comfort on RFDS flights ❤️💙 Ann is not just a knitting expert - she is also a fundraising legend, raising over $320,000 for our service! Thank you Ann and Gary for your continued support. Your fundraising efforts continue to astound our crews ✈️
