Project Update: Edge Apartments Fire Remediation Scheme Our fire remediation works to the external facades is progressing at pace at Edge Apartments Stratford. The project, which has 64no. occupied apartments, involves removing all combustible facade materials and replacing with new zinc rainscreen cladding and external wall insulation systems. With the existing combustible materials removed, our Team are busy installing new compliant insulation, brackets, and the cladding supports for our Client. We are using our Fieldview QA software system to verify the new installation and provide a 'golden thread' of QA and safety information at completion. It’s encouraging to see the project taking shape, enhancing safety and improving the quality of the building for residents. We are proud of our Team who are doing their best to manage their impact on the residents, neighbours and the public to support a positive experience of this vital building safety work. #FireRemediation #Recladding #BuildingSafety

We’re proud to share progress at our St Olaves - Rotherhithe project, where we are delivering 62 new affordable homes for Peabody.   Despite the challenging site-logistics and recent spell of wet and windy weather, our latest drone images show the radical on-site transformation.   ✅ Scaffold dismantling is underway. ✅ Façade works are being completed and meticulously QA checked. ✅ Biodiverse roofs are complete. ✅ The internal fit-out is progressing – with kitchens, tiling, and 2nd fix M&E in full swing. ✅ Show homes nearing completion – ahead of the marketing launch event.   Congratulations to our team and partners who are making this possible and thanks to all the local residents and businesses for their patience.   #ConstructionUpdate #AffordableHousing #StOlaves #Peabody #NewHomes #LoveConstruction

Update on Ravensbury Estate - We’re making great progress on site, delivering much-needed new homes for Clarion Housing Group. With spring just around the corner, we’re approaching the first of four sectional handovers. The internal fitout of the first nine townhouses and 17 apartments is nearing completion. With scaffold strikes ongoing leading into infrastructure connections and the rollout of hard and soft landscaping to bring the development to life. #RavensburyEstate #Construction #HousingDevelopment #ClarionHousing

As we approach the end of 2024, we’re delighted to announce the successful completion of our latest project – a purpose-built HGV Vehicle Repair Workshop for The Spectrum VR Group in Grays, Essex! 🚛 This 1,726 sqm state-of-the-art facility in West Thurrock is designed to meet modern business needs and includes: - A 7-bay workshop with high-tech paint facilities. - A two-storey office block featuring training and wellness spaces. - Enhanced landscaping for staff amenities. Sustainability at its core: The project incorporates energy-efficient features, high thermal performance, and extensive PV panels to reduce operational costs and environmental impact. 🌱 One of the key highlights was ensuring Spectrum VR’s business operations continued seamlessly, despite their close proximity to the construction site.
