We are delighted to confirm that Skanska and McGee have achieved completion of the basement excavation, and ‘bottoming out’ of our latest development in Westminster, 7 Millbank, marking a significant milestone in the project’s progress. This means we can commence the sub and super structure works in the coming months, with completion set for Q1 2027. This is a result of the exceptional commitment and collaboration of our delivery partners, including Skanska, McGee, Gardiner & Theobald LLP, Make Architects, Waterman Group, Hilson Moran and the wider project team. The redevelopment is a continuation of OPLM’s vision to create high quality, sustainable and flexible workspaces, with the emphasis of the design being on wellness and occupier experience. As we look forward to the next significant milestone on the project, thank you to everyone involved.
