Update on Ravensbury Estate - We’re making great progress on site, delivering much-needed new homes for Clarion Housing Group. With spring just around the corner, we’re approaching the first of four sectional handovers. The internal fitout of the first nine townhouses and 17 apartments is nearing completion. With scaffold strikes ongoing leading into infrastructure connections and the rollout of hard and soft landscaping to bring the development to life. #RavensburyEstate #Construction #HousingDevelopment #ClarionHousing

This incredible retrofit has transformed Silbury House into Milton Keynes' most sustainable office building, earning BREEAM 'Outstanding' and 3-star Fitwel certifications, placing it among the top 2% of UK non-domestic buildings in sustainability. 🔋 Key highlights: - 116 solar panels, providing up to 20% of the building's energy needs - Advanced HVAC systems for efficient heating and cooling - Intelligent water sensors to reduce environmental impact This project sets a new benchmark for sustainable office spaces in the region, demonstrating what's possible when innovation meets environmental responsibility. As we approach the end of 2024, we’re delighted to announce the successful completion of our latest project – a purpose-built HGV Vehicle Repair Workshop for The Spectrum VR Group in Grays, Essex! 🚛 This 1,726 sqm state-of-the-art facility in West Thurrock is designed to meet modern business needs and includes: - A 7-bay workshop with high-tech paint facilities. - A two-storey office block featuring training and wellness spaces. - Enhanced landscaping for staff amenities. Sustainability at its core: The project incorporates energy-efficient features, high thermal performance, and extensive PV panels to reduce operational costs and environmental impact. 🌱 One of the key highlights was ensuring Spectrum VR’s business operations continued seamlessly, despite their close proximity to the construction site. This required strategic planning and close collaboration, demonstrating our team’s commitment to delivering for our clients. 👏 Congratulations to everyone involved in this scheme.
