This has been something I have been advocating for years. The feudal association between #landlord and #tenant has not reflected the consumer and property provider in the way their relationship should be. The National Residential Landlords Association - NRLA and Ben Beadle are right to look to modernise the terms. I like concept of co-living rather than #hmo especially where it promotes community and social interaction. Ultimately, Britain's largest #rentalproperty organisation may end up as an acronym, whose anachronistic origin has been forgotten, such as KFC or HSBC. Since our inception in 2018, the HSA has proudly accomplished significant milestones and made remarkable strides in advancing the Home Staging industry. However, as we reflect on our journey, it's evident that the time for change has arrived. In order to propel ourselves to greater heights and expand our reach, we must evolve. Our vision is to reach more individuals, garner greater recognition for our industry, and ensure that our impact is felt more profoundly. By embracing change, we pave the way for enhanced visibility and broader engagement, enabling us to make an even more substantial contribution to the Home Staging community. In order to facilitate further growth, it is imperative to enhance participation within the association and implement structural modifications aimed at decentralising its image and operations. With that in mind, we are pleased to announce that the Home Staging Association is now welcoming a newly-appointed Board, who will steward the association in this new phase as it transitions to member governance.
