Gorgeous Disney Villains Perfume Bottles Design

I don't often talk about merchandise but i do when there is something really cool and beautiful, like today.

So, who don't love perfume bottles, specially when they have a beautiful design? Artist Ruby Spark inspired herself from various Disney villains to design these absolutely gorgeous perfume bottles. They should be on sale at Disney theme parks but unfortunately these are not real products. Now, if some folks working at Disney read this article - and i know some do read Disney and more - here is a smart way to start your week: do a copy and paste of the article - or simply the link - and send it to the Disneyland merchandise guys as they should get in touch with Ruby Spark to sell these perfume bottles at DIsneyland. They even have a shop at New Orleans Square which would be perfect for these. Believe me, folks, it'll be a merchandise hit.

So, which Disney villain inspired each bottle? Have a look below and you'll have the answer but again, i think that Ruby's creations are stunning. Even better: perfect, it couldn't be better. I can't believe that Ruby succeeded to create perfume bottles and capture the "essence" - if i can say - of each character so well that they're instantly recognizable. Great work, really... Would you buy these if they were available at Disneyland?

Haunted Mansion Stretching Room Paintings Adapted With Disney Villains

The Disney Parks Blog just released some cool artwork created to promote "Unleash the Villains" a Friday 13th celebration taking place tonight at Disney's Hollywood Studios.

As you have guessed already it's inspired by the famous Haunted Mansion paintings that guests can see in the pre-show room but here "Captain Hook takes the place of the ballerina who teeters precariously on a rope strung above a waiting alligator; Cruella De Vil and her henchmen sink in the quicksand; Maleficent sits atop a gravestone of a clobbered companion; and the Queen of Hearts stands atop a bucket of red paint (instead of a barrel of dynamite)". They did a good job, really!

New Disney Villains Sequence in WDW Celebrate the Magic Castle Show

The Disney Parks blog has posted pictures showing the new Disney Villains sequence in the WDW Celebrate the Magic show on WDW Magic Kingdom castle. According to Disney Parks: "This new segment of “Celebrate the Magic” places the Disney villains center stage. From the sea witch Ursula, lording over the poor unfortunate souls trapped in her underwater lair, to the demon Chernabog from Walt Disney’s “Fantasia,” spreading his wings across the face of Cinderella Castle, it promises to be a particularly dark and foreboding chapter".

"Things heat up as Maleficent casts a forest of thorns around the base of the castle, and then transforms into a wicked, fire-breathing dragon who threatens to destroy the very magic we’ve come to celebrate. Fear not, though. As with all great Disney stories, this one is sure to have a happy ending.

"The new Disney villains sequence makes its debut this Sunday night, September 1, during performances of “Celebrate the Magic,” and will be part of the show for a limited time, through November 1, 2013".
