Theme Tours, a Theme Park Travel Site That Worth Bookmarking !

Stefan Zwanzger - aka "The Theme Park Guy" - is the web master of the excellent Theme Park Guy website and also of the highly popular ThemeparkX Construction Board which brings you daily construction updates on all the theme parks projects around the world.

But recently Stefan launched a new web site called Theme Tours and i must say that it is not only a brilliant idea but also exactly what we were all missing! Anyone - and i mean anyone - planning to visit this year a theme park in any country should do the jump to Theme Tours instantly, and here is why.

Theme Tours is a web site which is here to help you to save money on your next theme park vacation whatever the theme park will be - Disney or not - and, boy, don't we need to save money when we go to Disney theme parks, right? So, not only Stefan who travelled all around the world share extremely useful tips that even me - who also have travelled around the world - didn't knew but the site also include great price comparison pages which will help you to find theme park tickets and hotels rooms at the best price.

Let's have a closer look to Theme Tours. When you arrive on the front page - picture on top - you can choose between different section and, for instance, if you choose the "tickets" section you arrive on a page where in less than five seconds you'll be able to see all the prices available for all the major theme parks in the world. And you might have some good surprises, just like i did when i typed "Disneyland Paris". With DLP price policy i thought that they were the less expensive, but not! There are websites which sell DLP tickets at a better price!

The Hotels price comparison page is also very well done as it will do the search on all the majors hotels sites, the ones known to have the best room prices. Except that here you do the search on all of them at the same time. And when i see the hotel prices at Disney parks the least we can say is that we really need to find hotels at decent prices. This is the page where you will save a lot of precious dollars...

AND, because more is never  too much, you'll find also on Theme Tours a special page on which Stefan gives you the secret discount codes for major travel sites which will help you to save additional 10 to 20% on the hotels price, and this in addition to the already best prices you'll have find on the price comparison page. And by the way, you can use Theme Tours even if your vacation is not in a theme park, but any other destination in the world.

There is others precious section on Theme Tours, like the Visas page which will help you to know what kind of visa you need depending to which country you're flying. And the informations are based on IATA's Timatic database which is used by nearly every airline in the world for determining passenger travel document requirements.

But i've kept the best for the end, and it's the "Tips" page. A section of the site on which Stefan gives  precious tips to save more money - like "how to always get the lowest price", "how to avoid crowds and queues", "which travel site to book at, and why", "the good, the bad and the ugly airlines",  and also where you will find for $25 the "Travel Savings Secrets Report", which include Stefan's best tips that will help you to save even more money on your next vacation.  Most of the tips were unknown to me - like the one which explain how to get a better plane ticket price on the major airlines companies, depending of the final destination you enter. Or the one telling you the trick to find easily the name of the "secret hotel" - you know these "secret hotels" that you find now on a lot of travel sites which propose you to book a room in a 4 stars hotels for just 20% of the normal price.  The hotel name is hidden and normally you discover it only after you did your booking, but Stefan learn you how to find easily the name of these "secret hotels".

Anyway, Theme Tours is definitely a site to put in your bookmarks, mainly because of its "all in one" concept which for sure will be very helpful for your next vacation. Go ahead, and do the jump right HERE.

New Theme Park Guy Exclusive Reports on Shanghaî Disneyland and Hong Kong Disneyland

My good friend Stefan Zwanzger - aka The Theme Park Guy - is back with new exclusive pictures of Hong Kong Disneyland as well as the area around Shanghaî Disneyland construction site. I've said it before but what i like with Stefan is that nothing is stopping him when he wants to get a never-seen-before shot. Last year he went through the jungle of the hills above HKDL to get fantastic shots of the park seen from up on the hills and, according to him, the trek was just like hell, in a real deep jungle.

And this year, guess what he's done? That's right, as you can see on the shots below he went again through the jungle filled with spiders and snakes just to get brand new shots from above, and all this wearing his unique, famous - and copyrighted! - "roller coaster hat"!

But there is a reward and once he was up there he was able to shot unique pictures like the one at the top or this one below on which you can see on the same pic the three new lands AND Hong Kong city, on the other side of the bay!

On his trip, Stefan also went back to Shanghaî to have a look if there was anything new near Shanghaî Disneyland construction site. As the construction of the park itself is just beginning of course there is not a lot of things to see yet, and may be Stefan will need like all of us to wait for SDL opening to have pictures as the park construction site is far away and won't be visible even when SDL castle will rise. But, around the site, interesting things are happening as the road infra structures have totally changed. As you will see below the roads are brand new and look now like the big avenues we can find at DLP or WDW, except that for now there is no cars. But in 2015 it should be totally different as, as they say, "if you build it, they will come!".

So, jump to Stefan site to see his full report about Shanghaî HERE And the great pictures of HKDL as seen from up on the hills HERE! And i remind you, too, his great Theme Park Guy construction board which brings news of all theme parks projects around the world!

Stefan Zwanzger, The "Theme Park Guy" Introduces the Theme Park Construction Board, and it's a GREAT Idea

Stefan Zwanzger is "The Theme Park Guy" site web master, and probably no one else deserves the title of "theme park guy" more than him. If you have a look at his reports around the world you'll see that Stefan have been everywhere! And nothing is stopping him! He did reports on parks not only all over Europe, Asia or America but also on some in Iran, North Korea (!) and even climbed through the jungle of the hills over Hong Kong Disneyland just to take the "perfect shots" over the park!

For almost 5 years now he has travelled to theme parks around the world and come to appreciate these colossal playgrounds in all their stages: newly announced, under construction, solidly operating or desolately decaying. It's a bit like the Four Seasons, with each one of them parading their own characteristic beauty. But Stefan is particularly in love with the construction phase. The development of theme parks has evolved into an extremely refined modern art form, creating breathing fantasy worlds rising from plain, flat land with a level of sophistication and detail never seen before. Nonetheless, with theme park construction all over the world, and knowing that he can't be everywhere at the same time Stefan launched something great which is called the "Theme Park Construction Board" that you will find HERE.

Not only - as you can see on the screen capture above - the board is talking about all theme parks projects currently happening around the world but the great idea is that each of you can bring YOUR special reports on these projects, whether it is latest news, or pictures and videos that you've shot near the construction site. Stefan made the site extremely easy to use for everyone who wants to participate, and whatever the country you live in there is probably a theme park project not so far from your home. So, i strongly support Stefan's initiative, the "Theme Park Construction Board" and suggest that you jump right now to his board and become part of the adventure!

Shanghaî Disneyland Construction Update by Stefan Zwanzger, The Theme Park Guy

Stefan Zwanzger, aka The Theme Park Guy is back from his last trip in Asia and he's back with the latest pictures showing the works at Shanghaî Disneyland site!

Don't expect to see the Shanghaî Disneyland castle, you won't see it bafore at least 2014 but according to Stefan "There is visible progress on the Shanghai Disneyland site: the huge moat that will encircle the Disney resort is being excavated, the three or four entry gates to the construction site are now equipped with barriers and security, and the site office has employees coming and going. And in the background, it's all digging and digging".

Above, one picture of the huge moat excavation and at the top a picture of the Shanghaî Shendi Group poster at the entrance of the site. There is dozens more pictures on Stefan's site so the best i can say is to jump to The Theme Park Guy web site right now! It's right HERE.
