Meet Dug the Dog , UP! hilarious character

Some news about Pixar's UP! today, and more specifically about Dug the dog, a hilarious character. The first video below shows the first encounter between Dug and th two main characters. And the next one is a featurette with Pixar animators explaining how they've create this very funny character. Enjoy both of them!

New " Inside UP! " Featurette and first high-res image of animated short " Partly Cloudy "

Pixar released a new "Inside UP!" featurette. Have a look at it below, as it include few new shots from the movie.

As usual a new short animated will be released in theatre with UP! and Pixar also released the first high-res image of the awaited short animated "Partly Cloudy".

I remember you the exciting synopsis: "Everyone knows that the stork delivers babies, but where do the storks get the babies from? The answer lies up in the stratosphere, where cloud people sculpt babies from clouds and bring them to life. Gus, a lonely and insecure grey cloud, is a master at creating ‘dangerous’ babies. Crocodiles, porcupines, rams and more—Gus’s beloved creations are works of art, but more than a handful for his loyal delivery stork partner, Peck. As Gus’s creations become more and more rambunctious, Peck’s job gets harder and harder. How will Peck manage to handle both his hazardous cargo and his friend’s fiery temperament?"

Pixar has released another new clip from UP! called "Meet Kevin". Kevin, of course, is the bird that Carl and Russell meet in the South America jungle.

UP! will have its World Premiere at Cannes Film Festival Grand opening

Major news today for Pixar's UP! as the Cannes Film Festival organisation announced that UP! will be THE movie that will open the 62nd Cannes Film festival on May 13. This will also be UP! World Premiere, and UP! will be shown in 3D to the 2000+ guests of the Grand Opening evening!

This is the first time that an animated film - and in 3D! - will be the "opening film" of the most famous and glamourous film festival in the world. We don't know yet if UP! will also be part of the film festival competition or not, but i'll let you know.

Pixar released today a new clip from UP!. Carl and Russell are in the South America jungle and the clip is called "First Aid". Here it is!



As usual a new short animated will be released in theatre with UP! This one is called "Partly Cloudy" and Pixar released a synopsis of the (short) story:

A Farewell to Disneyland Paris Christmas Season- A Photo Report by Maureen Chaffurin

Disneyland Paris Christmas Season will end tonight and here is a farewell to it with a wonderful photographic report by Disney and more contributor Maureen Chaffurin. All the pictures were shoot at night and they give a perfect feeling of the Christmas Magic. Due to the difficult light condition, some of the pictures may appear a little blurred, but in this case it gives an interesting effect...
